Home care leaders from New Hampshire enjoy an evening out at the Northeast Home Health Leadership Summit.

The Northeast Home Health leadership program draws executives from throughout the northeast for one-of-a-kind learning and networking.

Featuring world-class presenters, thought-leaders and officials, this annual program in Boston provides the information and perspectives necessary for home care and hospice executives to navigate the policy, reimbursement and regulatory fields of home care services.

In recent years the Summit has provided tools and resources to help you make gains in such areas as:

  • Negotiating or assessing new models of care,
  • Rethinking what it means to enhance the patient experience of care, staff recruitment and retention strategies, and
  • Specific policy-oriented issues like Medicare Advantage “supplemental benefit” opportunities, hospice policy changes, and, of course, the Patient Driven Groupings Model.

Join your colleagues from eight northeast states for learning, networking and inspiration at the 18th Annual Northeast Home Health Leadership Summit held at a new location this year: the Revere Hotel Boston.

This program is led by the following state home care associations: Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home; Home Care & Hospice Alliance of Maine; Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts; Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire; Home Care and Hospice Association of New Jersey; Home Care Association of New York State; New York State Association of Health Care Providers; Rhode Island Partnership for Home Care; and VNAs of Vermont. If your organization is a member of one of these associations, you are welcome to take advantage of the member discount.
